Understanding our Service Tiers
To identify your level of support, please review the following categories:
- Growth Tier (Self-Service): This is our standard level for most brands. You are responsible for managing your program independently via your affiliate network. Support is provided by our Account Specialist team via email for technical issues.
- Managed Tier: This premium level is reserved for high-volume partners who require bespoke strategic recruitment and advanced optimization. These accounts are assigned a dedicated Account Manager.
Resolution: Can I request an Account Manager?
- Tier Promotion: Account Managers are assigned proactively by Skimlinks based on consistent revenue performance and growth potential.
- Proactive Review: Our team regularly audits Growth accounts. If your program qualifies for the Managed tier, we will reach out to you directly via email.
- Action: Please do not open a support ticket to request a dedicated manager. Instead, focus on How do I increase my base commission rate? – Skimlinks Advertisers to increase your program's performance and qualify for future management.
