- Growth Tier (Self-Service): Designed for brands and publishers who manage their accounts independently.
- Managed Tier: Reserved for high-volume partners who have been assigned a dedicated point of contact.
The Account Specialist Team (For Growth Tier)
If you are in the Growth tier, your primary resource is our collective support infrastructure:
- Help Center: Your first stop for technical setup, reporting, and payment questions.
- Account Specialists: Our team of specialists monitors the support queue to resolve technical issues and account inquiries that cannot be solved via self-service.
- Resolution: Please do not request a dedicated manager if you are in the Growth tier, as strategic 1-on-1 consulting is not included in this level.
Growth Managers & Account Managers (For Managed Tier)
Managed partners have access to dedicated strategic support:
- Account Managers (AM): Focus on long-term strategy, exclusive recruitment, and high-level optimizations.
- Growth Managers: Work specifically on scaling existing managed programs to reach their full potential.
- Resolution: If you have an assigned manager, please contact them directly via their professional email for the fastest response.
How to qualify for a dedicated Account Manager?
- Dedicated management is assigned based on consistent revenue performance and growth potential.
- Our team proactively reviews accounts and will reach out to you if your program qualifies for a higher service tier.
