Resolution: How to request your billing update link
To ensure our team can process your request in a single step, please include the following details in your email:
- Brand Name: The name of the specific program or brand associated with the subscription.
- Specific Change: Briefly state what you wish to update (e.g., "Change of corporate address").
- Authorized Email: The request must be sent from the email address registered with your Skimlinks account.
What happens next? Our support team will verify your account and send you a secure, time-sensitive link to your personal billing portal, where you can update your details directly.
Important Note on Already Issued Invoices
- Future Invoices: Once you update your details via the secure link, all future invoices will automatically use the new information.
- Past Invoices: Please note that for legal and tax reasons, we generally cannot re-issue or modify invoices that have already been generated and sent.
Why is a manual link required?
