Automated performance reports for the Paid Preferred Partner Program are sent every Monday. If you have not received your report, please check your spam filters and ensure that emails from @skimlinks.com are whitelisted in your company’s firewall.
Understanding the Reporting Cycle
- Weekly Reports: These are delivered every Monday and contain data for the previous 7 days (Monday–Sunday).
- Monthly Reports: Sent on the 4th calendar day of each month for a full 30-day summary.
- Processing Time: Data is synchronized from over 50 networks. Occasionally, synchronization delays can cause reports to be delivered later in the day.
Resolution: Troubleshooting your Missing Report
Before contacting support, please perform these three technical checks:
- Check Spam/Junk Folder: Search for the subject line "Your Skimlinks Performance Report" and ensure it hasn't been blocked.
- Verify Recipients: Check with your account administrator if your email address is on the official PPPP distribution list.
- Account Activity: If your program had zero clicks or sales during the reporting period, an automated email may not be triggered.
Action: If you have confirmed the above and it is Tuesday morning without a report, please contact support to verify your distribution settings.
