Why haven't I received my report?

Monthly reports are normally sent on the 4th of each month and weekly reports are sent every Monday. If you have not received your report, please check your junk/spam folder to ensure it didn't go in there. The emails come from noreply@skimlinks.com and the Subject is "Merchant report for [Merchant Name]."

However, if Skimlinks Publishers have not driven clicks or sales for the month or week prior, then we will not send a report. We only send reports when there is data to include.

If there has been activity from Skimlinks Publishers and you are still not seeing the report in your junk/spam folder, please contact our Account Specialist team, and they will look into it for you and ensure you get your report.
