Monthly reports are normally sent on the 4th of each month. The emails come from noreply@skimlinks.com and the Subject is "Merchant report for [Merchant Name]."
There can be various reasons why the monthly report does not come into your mailbox:
- Have you checked your spam/junk folder?
- Have you added noreply@skimlinks.com to your contacts list?
- Is it possible with a generic e-mail address (if several people have access to the mailbox) that the monthly report was unsubscribed by default?
- We only send reports when there is data to include. If Skimlinks Publishers have not driven clicks or sales for the month or week prior, then we will not send a report.
If there has been activity from Skimlinks Publishers and you are still not seeing the report in your junk/spam folder, please contact our Account Specialist team, and they will look into it for you and ensure you get your report.
