- Status: Ensure Skimlinks is marked as an "Active" or "Approved" partner in your program.
Setting Exclusive Rates (Step-by-Step)
Impact uses "Template Contracts" to manage specific publisher terms.
- Log in to your Impact dashboard.
- Navigate to Brands > Contracts > Template Contracts.
- Create a new contract or Modify an existing one to include the higher commission rate.
- Assign Skimlinks (ID: 15456) to this specific contract.
- Wait 48 hours for our system to sync the new rate via API.
Tracking Performance (Reporting)
If you want to see which publishers are driving sales via Skimlinks on Impact:
- Sub-ID Tracking: Impact displays the driving publisher's domain within the Sub-ID 1 or Media Property fields.
- Reports: Download your Action Listing report in Impact and filter by Publisher ID 15456 to see domain-level transparency.
Why is my Impact data not matching Skimlinks?
- Reporting Delay: Impact data is pulled into Skimlinks once per day. Please allow up to 24 hours for today’s Impact sales to appear in your Skimlinks Hub.
- Timezones: Ensure your Impact reporting timezone matches your Skimlinks account settings to avoid 24-hour shifts in data.
