How do I cancel my Paid Preferred Partner status?

We hate to see anyone leave the Paid Preferred Partner Program; but if you would like to cancel your status, please create a ticket to tell us that you would like to cancel and provide any relevant feedback to help us improve the program. Please note there can be up to a 30-day cancellation period.
