The 'Sub Affiliate Domain' column displays the Parent Domain send by Skimlinks via tracking link.

INS rates

At the moment, Avatnlink has only a solution available via their back end. Merchants can’t set the custom rates via Avantlink interface and custom rates are not visible in the network interface. Due to this limitation we can't use this at scale.
